Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and analytical Strategy Trainee to support the R&D Head and Head of Strategy and Operations. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in strategic planning, operational efficiency, and business analysis within a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will assist in various strategic initiatives, contribute to data-driven decision-making, and help drive the execution of key projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic recommendations.
  • Analyze business performance data and prepare reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and facilitate strategic discussions.
  • Support project management activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare presentations and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.

    • Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in Biosciences.
  • Postgraduate degree in Biosciences or Business Administration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced business environment.
