The Position
The Project Management Intern will be an integral part of the Strategy and Enablement team, supporting the execution of Organon's strategic initiatives. This role involves close collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders across the organization and contributes to the delivery of key Enterprise Services & Solutions priorities. The intern will assist in standard project management activities and continuous improvement efforts, helping to ensure alignment and execution of globally led projects at the local level.
Professional Internship IEFP (6 months)
Responsibilities
Support the development and tracking of project plans
Assist in cross-functional alignment and execution of team initiatives
Help prepare and coordinate workshops and stakeholder engagement activities
Create and develop materials for stakeholder briefings
