Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Trainee to support our project delivery team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates with internship experience in Web Development, .NET , who are looking to transition into a Project Management / Project Coordination career path within a professional corporate setup.

The trainee will work closely with project managers, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution, documentation, and tracking of IT projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and executing IT projects
• Coordinate with Web Development and .NET teams for task tracking and updates
• Prepare project documentation including timelines, MOMs, status reports, and dashboards
• Monitor project progress and follow up on deliverables
• Support communication between internal teams and stakeholders
• Participate in client calls and internal review meetings
• Ensure adherence to project processes, timelines, and quality standards

Mandatory Requirements

• Fresher with internship experience in Web Development or .NET technologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic understanding of SDLC, Agile, or Waterfall methodologies
• Strong coordination, organizational, and documentation skills
• Willingness to work in afternoon shift (2 PM – 11 PM)
• Ready for immediate joining
• Comfortable working in a corporate, office-based environment

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Exposure to project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project, Asana, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of software development processes
• Ability to multitask and handle deadlines
• Client interaction or reporting experience during internship
