- **Description**Generalities**Identify, evaluate and execute strategic improvement opportunities alongside organization's personnel, ensuring alignment to strategies and business goals; while validating -alongside project leaders
- project implementation levels and deliverables (including project risk escalation support). Ensure compliance of proper methodology utilization and essential documentation to achieve sustainable improvements and employee engagement in CI, through (but not limited to) PMO, SDT and IDEA programs. Shall provide support in solution and impact analysis, and potentially lead strategic impacts
- **Education**:Bachellor's degree (Industrial Engineering, Systems or similar); Lean/GB (certification desired; applied project experience a must)

- **Responsibilities**:
- PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: Manages the development and implementation process of a company’s products and services involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plans and directs schedules and may monitor budget/spending. Monitors the project from initiation through delivery. Organizes the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints.
