JD 1: Sr. Project Manager Project Manager requirement for Business Travel Market Company Project (Travel and Expense ) Job / Role Description Project Manager - to lead the development and implementation of our Business TMC Implementation. This role will oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning and execution to delivery, ensuring the module aligns with business goals, enhances user experience, and integrates seamlessly with existing systems. Project Planning & Execution, Stakeholder Management, Team Leadership, Budget & Risk Management, Quality Assurance, Vendor & Third-Party Coordination, Reporting & Documentation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

JD 2: Sr. Project Manager Key Responsibilities: Planning & Analysis: o Collaborate with the Growth lead to create Annual Operating Plans (AOPs). o Lead budgeting/ forecasting/ long term planning/ target setting activity for departments. o Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and proactively alert stakeholders regarding performance gaps or potential risks. o Provide regular updates on the run rate and performance against targets. o Create business/ financial projections for growth levers, planned initiatives, marketplace initiatives, and additional projects like e-wallets and gift vouchers. o Build, maintain and track all new marketplace LOBs p/ls and forecasts. Business Analysis & Insights: o Conduct in-depth analysis of business performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. o Develop and implement data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making. o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights.

JD 3: Sr. Project Manager Key Responsibilities: Develop a roadmap for modern airline offer and order management, aligning with business goals and industry standards. Facilitate contract negotiations, ensuring commercial agreements support successful roadmap execution. Oversee system development plans , closely working with Architecture and Business teams. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure that the requirements are signed off. Qualifications & Skills: Expertise in contract creation, partner management, and stakeholder coordination. Strong understanding of product definition and roadmap creation. Proficiency in project management methodologies,

Requirement elicitation, Agile and industry-specific tools. Preferred Experience: Familiarity with airline booking engines, reservation systems and pricing tools. We are seeking a Project Manager to lead initiatives focused on Modern era retailing within the airline sector. This role involves collaborating with partners to develop a strategic roadmap for an Offer & Order system, create contracts, and oversee implementation of systems supporting retailing in airline. Job role Project Manager, Location- Gurgaon, Duration: 6 months, Start Date- Immediate Experience: 10+ years in project management, airline industry, preferably with exposure to offer and order management
