• Craft detailed schedules using industry-standard software such as Primavera P6 to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Monitor project progress, identify any deviations from the planned schedule and propose mitigation strategies to prevent delays.
• Presentation of reports and dashboards to senior management and stakeholders on a regular basis.
