Location: Abu Dhabi (Candidates based in UAE will be preferred)

The Project Manager will take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale, international exhibition. This role is responsible for the overall planning, execution, and successful delivery of the exhibition, ensuring all elements are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Project Manager will work closely with the Sales Manager , who leads commercial and exhibitor sales, and the Project Coordinator , who supports operational delivery. Reporting into the Head of Events , this role requires a strong leader with deep experience in international exhibitions, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across a complex, large-scale event.
