Project Manager

Serves as the advisor for the PAC Deputy Director and senior leadership team for ALL PAC contracted manpower. Works closely with the Manpower service provider(s) in support of the best interests of the PAC. Serve as the key staff action officer for all manpower related projects.

• Identify the roles of project team members, project reporting structures, frequency of interaction, and any training requirements that may be needed for a team member to complete it.
• Manage the integration and allocation of cross-functional resources. Involved in making and updating the Organization charts and the Budgets related to the manpower plans.
• Oversee the PAC Manpower execution focusing on initiatives affecting mission accomplishment and performance attainment.
