Project Manager

Stairway Soft is an Israeli‑Ukrainian engineering provider of custom software solutions for SMBs and startups. We are currently looking for an IT Project Manager to join one of our clients, a company developing multiple web‑based products in the fintech and crypto domain. The core product is a banking platform and cryptocurrency transaction suite .

• Work closely with company owners to understand goals and gather requirements
• Organize and lead meetings with team members and external stakeholders
• Own sprint planning and coordination
• Maintain clear and up-to-date project documentation
• Participate in the interview process and support team growth
