**Your role and responsibilities**
* Responsible for managing Product Development & Support team
* Responsible for P&L of multiple accounts
* Supervise delivery and support projects
* Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
* Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
**Required technical and professional expertise**
* Minimum 12+ years of experience in customer facing role
* Solid understanding of project management and experience in waterfall and agile methodologies
* Ability to hire, mentor and retain high performers
* Expertise to supervise delivery and support projects
* Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
* You love collaborative environments that use agile methodologies to encourage creative design thinking and find innovative ways to develop with cutting edge technologies
* Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work.
* Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management
