About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to oversee project operations, coordination, and execution for HOF Furniture System Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning across all on-site activities, stakeholder communications, documentation, and cross-department coordination.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Coordination & Execution
- Plan, monitor and manage all project phases at site locations
- Ensure timely completion of project milestones
2. Transport & Logistics Management
- Coordinate transportation of materials, teams, and equipment
- Track and manage logistics for seamless operations
3. Labour & On-Site Management
- Supervise labour teams and contractors
- Manage onsite activities ensuring productivity and compliance
4. Accommodation Management
- Arrange accommodation for staff and labour as needed
- Ensure comfort and safety standards are met
5. Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare, fill, maintain and update all project documentation
- Ensure clearances are obtained from relevant departments
- Maintain organized records of approvals, permits, and site files
6. Government & Department Coordination
- Handle government billing and compliance (table to table)
- Coordinate with different departments for approvals and clearances
7. Communication & Meetings
- Conduct internal and external meetings as needed
- Act as liaison between Sales, Accounts, Site Teams and Clients
- Maintain open, transparent communication with stakeholders
8. Sales Coordination Support
- Support sales teams with project data, updates, and coordination
- Ensure the sales team is aligned with project progress and delivery schedules
Qualifications & Skills
✔ Minimum 8+ years of experience in project management or related field
✔ Strong command of Hindi, English and Gujarati
✔ Excellent communication, coordination and documentation skills
✔ Proven ability to manage transport, labour, and site operations
✔ Experience in handling government processes, billing, and departmental clearances
✔ Good at stakeholder engagement and meeting management
✔ Ability to work under pressure and deliver results on time
