Project Manager (C&S)
5 days (Monday - Friday)
Location: Aljunied
Basic Salary: $5800 - $6000

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of structural projects involving composite systems, steel frameworks, and façade elements
• Coordinate with design, fabrication, and installation teams for metal structural works (e.g. curtain wall, cladding, sub-frames)
• Liaise with architects, engineers, consultants, and clients to ensure technical compliance and quality standards
• Manage project budgets, schedules, resources, and subcontractors from award through project handover
• Conduct risk assessments, technical reviews, and system compatibility checks for bonded panel and metal structural components
• Oversee procurement and logistics planning for specialty materials, including composite panels and anchor systems
