Basic Salary: $7000 - $8000

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage electrical and building services systems from design development through coordination and installation stages.
• Lead technical, coordination, and site meetings with consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate electrical design requirements, resolve technical issues, and liaise with relevant authorities to obtain approvals.
• Supervise on-site installation of electrical systems, including switchgear, cabling, lighting, and building services.
• Review, prepare, and submit technical documentation, drawings, and material submissions for approval.
• Monitor site progress, manpower deployment, and workmanship to ensure timely and quality completion of electrical and M&E works.
