About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will lead end-to-end delivery of digital projects using Agile methodologies, working closely with clients and cross-functional teams. This role is hands-on, client-facing, and delivery-focused, with an emphasis on CRM- and CMS-based implementations.


You will be responsible for driving project outcomes, managing scope and risk, and ensuring high-quality delivery across complex, integrated technology ecosystems. In addition to project delivery, you will help strengthen PMO practices to support scalable, predictable execution.


Key Responsibilities:

Agile Project Delivery

  • Lead Agile project delivery using Scrum or hybrid Agile methodologies.
  • Plan and manage sprints, backlogs, ceremonies, and release cycles.
  • Ensure consistent delivery against scope, timelines, and quality expectations.
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and team performance.


Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage projects involving partner organizations, vendors, and third-party implementation teams.
  • Build trusted relationships by understanding client business goals, constraints, and priorities.
  • Manage expectations, communicate risks, and facilitate decision-making.
  • Lead project governance, status reporting, and executive-level updates.


CRM & CMS Project Execution

  • Manage delivery of CRM and CMS implementations, including integrations with third-party systems.
  • Experience with Salesforce project delivery is a strong plus.
  • Translate business requirements into clear delivery plans and execution roadmaps.
  • Review and manage change requests, assessing impact to scope, timeline, and budget.


Team Leadership & Risk Management

  • Lead cross-functional teams including developers, architects, designers, and QA.
  • Contribute to hiring and onboarding of project delivery team members.
  • Support team development through coaching, feedback, and performance management.
  • Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
  • Proactively resolve issues and escalate when required.
  • Foster accountability, collaboration, and ownership within delivery teams.


Financial & Performance Management

  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource plans.
  • Track delivery performance against agreed KPIs.
  • Conduct post-project retrospectives and document lessons learned.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to strengthen delivery maturity.




Requirements:

Experience & Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in project delivery or technology consulting, with at least 5 years managing complex, multi-system digital projects.
  • Strong experience leading Agile project delivery in a client-facing environment.
  • Hands-on experience delivering CRM and/or CMS-based projects.
  • Experience managing delivery across partner organizations or third-party vendors.
  • Salesforce project delivery experience is a bonus.
  • Experience working with nonprofit or mission-driven organizations is a bonus.
  • PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications are preferred.


Skills & Competencies:

  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams across internal and external teams.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
  • Comfortable working with distributed and remote teams.
  • High attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.


Hands-on experience with:

  • JIRA (Agile delivery, sprint planning, backlog management)
  • Confluence (project documentation and artifacts)
  • Smartsheet or similar tools for project planning and reporting
  • Ability to configure dashboards, reports, and delivery metrics.
  • Experience integrating project management tools with delivery workflows and business systems is a plus.
