ABOUT POSITION

Overview

• Location: Córdoba (Hybrid: 3 days at office, 2 days remote).
• Position: Full-Time.

Job Purpose

As a Project Manager at Fligoo you will be responsible for the planification, direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of projects, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the organization.

RESPONSABILITIES

Project Leadership & Delivery

• Plan and execute projects with clients, ensuring alignment with goals, scope, deliverables, and technical feasibility.
• Build and maintain schedules, milestones, and project timelines, tracking progress toward short- and long-term objectives.

Stakeholder & Client Management

• Act as the primary contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Communicate status, risks, issues, and solutions clearly and proactively.
• Manage expectations and foster strong, trust-based relationships.

Team & People Management

• Assemble and lead project teams, assigning tasks based on skills and strengths.
• Motivate, guide, and support team members, ensuring accountability and timely delivery.
• Conduct regular 1:1s, provide constructive feedback, and support career path development within Fligoo.

Risk & Change Management

• Identify risks early, define mitigation strategies, and minimize impact on delivery.
• Manage change requests, balancing client needs with project outcomes and internal capacity.

Agile Execution

• Facilitate agile ceremonies (planning, dailies, reviews/demos) to ensure collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Encourage a culture of adaptability, innovation, and problem-solving.

Evaluation & Continuous Improvement

• Assess project results, document learnings, and propose improvements to processes, tools, and communication.
• Contribute to the growth of Fligoo's PM practice, setting standards and mentoring new PMs.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Academic training

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• PMP Certification (highly desirable).
• Project Management Diploma (highly desirable).

2. Technical Skills

• Manage Jira.
• Microsoft Office stack (Excel, Power Point)
• Figma (Desirable)

3. Other Skills

• Demonstrated cross-functional communication skills and relationship building experience with technical teams and clients.
• Lead by example and willing to jump in and do their fair share of work. Help others perform to the best of their abilities.
• Manage Data proactively with clear goals
• Negotiate skillfully in several situations; settle differences with minimum noise. Adeptly understand the motivations of counterparts and incorporate knowledge into negotiations
• Communicate effectively, clearly, concisely and in an audience-oriented way in written and verbal form both technical and non-technical subjects, to their teammates. Actively listen to others and ensure they are understood. Pay attention to non-verbal communication
• Fligoo is a multinational company. Fluent English is desirable (client and internal meetings will be held in multiple languages). Many employees and customers are from Brazil. So, being able to understand and to express yourself in Portuguese is a huge plus.

• 3+ years of experience in managing software projects.
