Makro Agency is looking for a
Project Manager
to drive the execution of eCommerce projects, ensuring seamless communication between teams and clients. This role is for someone who thrives on structure, problem-solving, and guiding projects to success. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of eCommerce ecosystems, is proactive in managing risks, and can balance multiple priorities while maintaining a keen focus on details. REQUIRED
- Fluent in English
, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. - 3-5 years of experience as
Project Manager,
managing digital or eCommerce projects. - Experience with
Shopify and common eCommerce integrations (ERP, CRM, OMS)
. - Proficiency in
Jira, Confluence, or other project management tools
. - Understanding of
budgeting, resource planning, and risk mitigation
. - Experience documenting and validating technical requirements.
- Exceptional
written and verbal communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management
- Oversee multiple eCommerce projects from inception to delivery, ensuring they stay on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Define project roadmaps, maintain organized documentation, and ensure technical requirements are met.
- Identify risks early and implement solutions to prevent delays or roadblocks.
- Ensure efficient resource allocation across teams, balancing workloads effectively.
- Maintain a high level of billable time efficiency while optimizing processes.
Client Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed on budgets, timelines, and project milestones.
- Translate complex technical details into clear, digestible updates for non-technical stakeholders.
- Manage expectations, ensuring transparency around project progress and constraints.
Technical & Process Expertise
- Understand eCommerce standards, Shopify development cycles, and best practices.
- Validate technical deliverables against requirements, ensuring alignment with client needs.
- Work closely with developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure projects meet high-performance and usability standards.
- Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Productive, and Notion to track progress efficiently.
