Job Responsibilities

  • Manage successful and effective project execution, including planning, implementation, scheduling, monitoring, and handover within specified timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Oversee project budget controls, track expenditures, and implement strategies to reduce project delivery costs.
  • Review and analyze contract documents and drawings. Communicate and negotiate with consultants, clients, authorities, and contractors on engineering, contractual, and project implementation matters.
  • Monitor overall productivity and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards, as well as all applicable permits.
  • Prepare and submit monthly progress reports to stakeholders.
