Job Responsibilities
- Manage successful and effective project execution, including planning, implementation, scheduling, monitoring, and handover within specified timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Oversee project budget controls, track expenditures, and implement strategies to reduce project delivery costs.
- Review and analyze contract documents and drawings. Communicate and negotiate with consultants, clients, authorities, and contractors on engineering, contractual, and project implementation matters.
- Monitor overall productivity and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards, as well as all applicable permits.
- Prepare and submit monthly progress reports to stakeholders.
- Define roles and responsibilities clearly for team members and ensure their deliverables meet scope and schedule requirements.
