You will bridge the gap between technology, operations, and business needs, ensuring that the procurement and implementation of Care Management Organizations (CMO) align with strategic objectives. This role requires a blend of technical acumen, process automation familiarity, and superior leadership skills.</p> <p style="margin-bottom:11px"><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p> <ul> <li style="margin-bottom:11px"><b>Execution:</b> Manage day-to-day project tasks, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and quality standards.</li> <li style="margin-bottom:11px"><b>Planning:</b> Prepare detailed project plans, roadmaps, and estimates across all phases of the project lifecycle.</li> <li style="margin-bottom:11px"><b>Stakeholder Management:</b> Coordinate between the CMO project and other enterprise initiatives, including Data Management and Business Process Automation.</li> <li style="margin-bottom:11px"><b>Reporting:</b> Provide status updates regarding milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues to senior leadership.</li> <li style="margin-bottom:11px"><b>Quality Control:</b> Act as an internal quality check, reviewing requirements documentation, proposals, and statements of work.</li> <li style="margin-bottom:11px"><b>Vendor Support:</b> Assist in the vendor selection and proposal evaluation process.</li> </ul> <p style="margin-bottom:11px"><b>Required Qualifications</b></p> <ul> <li style="margin-bottom:11px"><b>Certification:</b> Active <b>Project Management Professional (PMP) </b> certification is required.</li> <li style="margin-bottom:11px"><b>Experience:</b> * Minimum of <b>5 years</b> working with business stakeholders in a cross-functional matrix environment. <ul style="list-style-type:circle"> <li style="margin-bottom:11px">Minimum of <b>5 years</b> in requirements gathering and documentation.</li> <li style="margin-bottom:11px"><b>5 years</b> of experience with <b>Agile</b> project methodologies.</li> <li style="margin-bottom:11px"><b>3 years</b> of experience creating Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM) and end-to-end tracking.</li> <li style="margin-bottom:11px"><b>2 years</b> of experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including Waterfall and Iterative methodologies.</li> </ul> </li> <li style="margin-bottom:11px"><b>Education:</b> BA/BS in Management, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.</li> </ul> <p style="margin-bottom:11px"><b>Preferred Skills</b></p> <ul> <li style="margin-bottom:11px"><b>Platform Knowledge:</b> High proficiency with <b>MS Project</b>, Visio, and Office 365.</li> <li style="margin-bottom:11px"><b>Advanced Tools:</b> Experience with artifact curation in <b>Jama, Jira, Confluence</b>, Steelray, or SmartSheets.</li> <li style="margin-bottom:11px"><b>Domain Expertise:</b> Knowledge of <b>Medicaid, Managed Care, MMIS</b>, or health claims processing is highly desired.</li> <li style="margin-bottom:11px"><b>Leadership:</b> Proven ability to lead "up, across, and down" multiple business areas with diplomatic and motivational skills.</li> </ul> <p style="margin-bottom:11px"> </p>
