Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Direct and supervise assigned projects (people, budgets, etc.) for multiple customers. Responsible for:Project conception to include attending meetings and preparing labor and material quotesProject planning to include site verification, attending construction meetings and truck planningProject execution ensuring full installation coordination and resolution of site-specific issues. Ensure appropriate procedures and standards are followedProject control by regular site visits and oversight of schedulesProject close including punch and invoicing
  • Develop strong working relationships with clients at multiple levels within an organization as well as internal team.
  • Communicate project status with customer and team
  • Review job site to ensure safe and efficient project installation 
  • Ensure all issues or change order requests are appropriately documented and addressed
