As demand in the data and communications sector continues to rise, we’re seeking an experienced and practical Telecommunications and/or Electrical Project Manager to help drive our growing operations in Perth. This full-time, permanent position offers the chance to deliver end-to-end projects, support critical infrastructure, and play a hands-on role in strengthening our established presence in the region.

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver projects end-to-end across data centres, electrical, maintenance, construction, and communications, managing resources, budgets, schedules, and ensuring safe, high-quality outcomes.
  • Lead on site by guiding Technicians and Apprentices, attending meetings and inspections, and maintaining strong client relationships through clear communication and reliable delivery.
  • Collaborate with Sales and internal teams to scope, estimate, and prepare tenders and quotations, supporting business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Champion safety and continuous improvement, embedding HSEQ practices, mentoring your team, and fostering a culture of learning, accountability, and efficiency.

About You

  • You’re trade-qualified in electrical and/or telecommunications, with current WA electrical and ACMA licences, and hands-on experience across electrical, communications, construction, and maintenance projects.
  • You have proven skills in end-to-end project delivery, from estimating and scheduling through to cost control, procurement, and invoicing, with a track record of meeting budgets and achieving results.
  • You’re a natural leader who mentors and supports Technicians and Apprentices, while building strong, trusted relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • You’re safety-driven, detail-oriented, and confident using project management tools and MS Office, with experience in SharePoint, Bluebeam, Groundplan, or SimPRO highly regarded.
