PROJECT MANAGER

Overview

TEN Recruitment is working with a well-established commercial builder delivering government-funded and education projects across Perth. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to take full ownership of project delivery within a structured and well-supported environment.

You’ll lead projects end-to-end, working closely with site and commercial teams to ensure programmes, budgets, and quality outcomes are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from planning through to completion
• Control programme, budget, procurement, and reporting
• Lead site teams and coordinate consultants and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements
• Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders
