Project Manager

Florida Institute of Technology is a growing, top-ranked university with over 2,000,000 square feet of facilities to maintain. The Project Manager plans, coordinates, and oversees construction projects from initial concept through final completion, including both new construction and renovation efforts. This role serves as the central point of coordination among customers, design professionals, contractors, vendors, government officials, in-house skilled trades, and direct reports to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to specification. The Project Manager is responsible for preparing project estimates, managing schedules, and monitoring costs to ensure all work is completed within the approved scope and awarded budget while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance standards.Responsibilities Include:
