Project Manager

Founded in 1955, RJV are a leading civil engineering contracting company in WA. Over time we have established an excellent reputation and a strong presence in the Civil Construction industry.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with land development, sub-division, and Main Roads experience to join our growing team. This is a permanent full-time position where you will be working with and reporting to the Construction Manager.

Accountabilities of the role

• Accountable for the development of Engineers and other project personnel within your team through effective and authentic leadership. This includes setting agreed targets, coaching and managing employees within the Company's framework.
• Effectively lead and manage projects in accordance with safety, quality, cost and timelines, to ensure outcomes are achieved in accordance with the clients' requirements.
