We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a new $30M residential development located at Maribyrnong, commencing March 2026.

This is a full lifecycle role, offering the opportunity to take ownership of the project from early construction through to handover.

The Role

Reporting to the Construction Director, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the project, ensuring programme, commercial, safety and quality objectives are achieved.
