**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s or Engineering degree in IT, Computer Science, Systems, or related field.
- 5 to 10 years of experience leading software development projects end-to-end.
- Formal training in Project Management.
- PMP Certification (preferred).
- Scrum Master or Product Owner Certification (preferred).
- Intermediate to advanced English (able to hold fluent conversations with local and remote teams).
**Technologies**:
- Proficient in MS Project.
- Experience with Office 365.
- Familiar with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.
**Must-Have Knowledge**:
- Project planning and time management, including timeline creation and milestone tracking.
- Risk identification and management from the project's outset.
