We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple federal construction projects in the DMV area, supporting 2-3 projects totaling approximately $15 million. This role requires a professional with over 5 years of experience in the government sector.
Responsibilities
+ Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of federal construction projects.
+ Review scope of work, engage subcontractors, and coordinate site visits to facilitate subcontractor bidding.
+ Estimate and bid task order contracts and IDIQs.
+ Schedule projects, including managing subcontractors.
+ Provide project management for federal government construction projects in the Mid-Atlantic Region.
+ Assist with estimating by reviewing the scope of work and aligning subcontractors.
+ Maintain client-facing relationships.
