Job Description

Core Objective:

To plan, execute, and close global health projects that improve health outcomes, strengthen health systems, and advance health equity in low-resource or crisis-affected settings. The role serves as the critical link between donors, headquarters, field operations, local partners, and beneficiaries, ensuring that projects deliver high-impact results on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Lifecycle Management:

  • Initiation & Design: Contribute to proposal writing, needs assessments, and the development of logical frameworks, theories of change, and detailed implementation plans.
  • Planning: Develop comprehensive project work plans, timelines (Gantt charts), budgets, procurement plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
