Actalent is hiring a Project Manager for a full-time role. The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple center-based and onsite-managed projects through all phases of development, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, control, and closure. This role involves working closely with management to procure resources for projects and collaborating with internal support functions to deliver an excellent customer experience. The Project Manager provides leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring that all projects meet their cost, quality, and timing requirements. Building and maintaining relationships with key customer stakeholders is essential to enhance project performance and support customer business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple center-based and onsite-managed projects through all phases of development, ensuring compliance with customer specifications, quality standards, regulatory requirements, and safety requirements.
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and documentation, including change management, risk mitigation, and reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with the Delivery Operations team to align project management with account management.
  • Allocate workflow to project team members as required by the project plan.
  • Maintain strong relationships with all customer stakeholders.
  • Utilize program management skills such as communication, presentation, time management, organization, and planning to achieve program goals, objectives, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Conduct periodic status meetings with customers and the team to assess progress against the plan.
  • Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly status reports to management and appropriate client recipients.
  • Work closely within Delivery Operations to resolve project issues with customers and suppliers, while collaborating with internal partners.
  • Support Business Development and Delivery Managers in pursuing new opportunities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  • Essential Skills

  • Project management and coordination skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • 8-11 years of experience in a related field.
  • Exposure to project management tools and skills.
  • Ability to effectively present to large customer groups.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a highly cross-functional and virtual team environment.
  • Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • PMP or ScrumMaster certification is a plus.
  • Proven knowledge of project management methods.
  • High proficiency in PC applications and MS Office Suite of tools.

    The work environment involves working with various technologies and equipment, following standard safety requirements. The position may require interaction with a diverse team in a cross-functional and virtual setting.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Bellevue, WA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
