Project Execution Manager - Utility Scale Solar (10-50 MWp)

Chhattisgarh | Ground-mounted solar | C&I / Captive / Solar Parks

What You'll Do:

• Lead the execution of 10–50 MWp ground-mounted solar projects (scaling to 100 MWp+)
• Coordinate daily with EPCs (civil, MMS, electrical, evacuation)
• Track timelines, milestones, and site quality; flag risks early
• Interface with utilities and inspectors for approvals, synchronization & COD
• Support documentation, billing milestones, and O&M handover

You're a strong fit if you have:

• 4–8 years of solar project execution experience
• ≥50 MWp cumulative execution exposure (utility-scale / C&I)
• Background with developers or Tier-1 EPCs
• Experience in CG / MP / Odisha / Jharkhand (plus)
