Description
This leadership role within the Project Management team of CBI Construction Services (“CBI”) works closely with CBI’s Preconstruction department and Field Operations team to maintain and ensure that corporate goals and requirements for safety, quality, scheduling and budgeting are met and adhered to for projects being constructed and/or managed by CBI. This role reports directly to CBI’s Senior Project Manager.
Duties Include
Take ownership and pride in all aspects of each project, including project budgets, scopes of work, subcontracts, schedules and interactions with and reporting to clients and owners
Collaborate with CBI’s Preconstruction team, Senior Project Manager, Capstone’s development team and the project design team on product design, efficiency, historical design flaws, and value engineering opportunities in an effort to build current product offerings more efficiently and help design more affordable product types for future development and con...
