A leading Main Contractor is seeking an experienced Freelance Project Manager to oversee a major £20m refurbishment project located close to London Blackfriars Bridge. The scheme includes the construction of a new steel‑frame pavilion and roof terrace, forming a high‑profile, complex build within a live environment.
Requirements
✔ Proven track record delivering build and refurbishment projects
✔ Experience working for a Main Contractor
✔ Strong understanding of structural steel and complex structural packages
✔ Excellent organisational and communication skills
✔ Ability to lead teams, drive progress and manage challenges on fast‑paced projects
