The Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – BMS & IoT to lead the delivery of AI-enabled Smart Building and Smart Estate solutions within the built environment. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end project execution, ensuring successful deployment of intelligent, data-driven platforms that optimize building operations, sustainability, and occupant experience.

The Project Manager will work closely with clients, internal AI, software, and engineering teams, and external stakeholders to plan, coordinate, and deliver complex projects that integrate Artificial Intelligence, IoT, BMS, and operational technologies across commercial and mixed-use environments.
