You are a Project Manager with a strong sense of ownership and execution, comfortable leading projects from definition through delivery. You enjoy creating structure where there is ambiguity, guiding teams with clarity and a steady pace, and ensuring that plans translate into real outcomes.
You feel comfortable managing projects with regional, country-level, or high social impact, where urgency and complexity are part of the day-to-day.
This position is onsite in El Salvador. Candidates located outside of El Salvador will be considered only if they are willing to relocate.
You Bring to Applaudo the Following Competencies:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
5+ years of experience managing projects end to end, with a strong focus on execution and delivery.
Proven ability to create, manage, and execute work plans, timelines, roadmaps, and critical paths (must).
