A leading specialist in high-end joinery and interior fit-out is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee major commercial projects from pre-construction through to completion. Projects range in value up to £25 million, delivering bespoke solutions for prestigious clients across the commercial sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate fit-out projects from tender through to handover
  • Lead planning, programming, and delivery across design, production, and site team
  • Maintain strong working relationships with main contractors and subcontractors
  • Monitor procurement schedules and ensure timely delivery of key items
  • Chair regular contract review and progress meetings
