About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will lead projects valued between $1M and $50M, managing teams, subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure safe, high‑quality and commercially successful outcomes. You’ll be involved early in project planning and design, contributing to cost certainty and delivery excellence across metro and regional projects.

What You’ll Do

• Manage projects from planning through to completion, ensuring scope, time and budget requirements are met
• Engage early in design development and costing alongside Estimating and clients
• Lead procurement, contract administration, cost control and project reporting
• Ensure strict compliance with WHS, quality and company systems
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams
• Provide clear, accurate and timely updates to stakeholders
• Contribute to portfolio growth and continuous improvement initiatives

What You’ll Bring

• Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Coordinator with a head or managing contractor
• Proven delivery of commercial projects valued $5M-$30M+
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in MS Project and Microsoft Office Suite
• Construction White Card, current driver’s licence and Australian citizenship (or eligibility for Defence security clearance)

What Will Set You Apart

• Experience using Procore, Aconex or similar project management platforms
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Pronto
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop project teams
