We’re hiring a Project Manager / Business Analyst to join our Operational Excellence team and help streamline Development operations while embedding continuous improvement practices across our organization.

What you’ll do:

• Co‑own a portfolio of OpEx initiatives, including portfolio analytics, inspection‑readiness dashboards, and change‑control automation
• Conduct discovery sessions with business owners to capture requirements and define solutions
• Maintain integrated plans, RAID logs, and KPIs (process cycle time, compliance metrics, etc.)
• Drive adoption of automation and analytics tools across Development
• Prepare governance materials and ensure alignment with OGSM strategy
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes and embed continuous improvement
