Position Overview

The Multifamily Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and delivering full‑cycle multifamily residential construction projects—from initial planning and budgeting through execution, commissioning, and close‑out. This role ensures projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with quality, safety, and performance expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Startup

• Coordinate project startup activities with building departments, engineers, architects, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
• Review drawings, tender documents, and specifications; provide constructability insights and risk considerations.
