Overview

TheProject Manager – Multi-Family Constructionis responsible for leading all aspects of multi-family residential development projects from pre-construction through occupancy and closeout. This includes managing budgets, schedules, trades, consultants, and site operations to ensure high-quality, on-time, and on-budget project delivery.

The ideal candidate is a results-driven construction professional with extensive experience inwood-frame and concrete multi-family builds. They excel at managing multiple priorities, coordinating diverse teams, and maintaining strong relationships with consultants, municipalities, and trade partners. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires technical knowledge, excellent communication, and strong financial and organizational skills.
