Project Manager

Insight Global is looking for an Industrialization Project Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position with the expectation to be onsite 5-days a week in Calgary (near the airport).

Responsibilities

• Lead industrialization and manufacturing improvement projects to drive efficiency and strengthen manufacturing capabilities.
• Support strategic decision‑making across the organization.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Manufacturing experience is required.
• Experience in facilities, manufacturing technology, or cell design.
• Strong project leadership and team‑management skills.
• Experience identifying and implementing new manufacturing technologies.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Lean concepts and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Technical post‑secondary degree.
