Summary
We offer a Project Management Training & Placement Program designed to help professionals transition into or advance within Project Management roles. The program combines structured learning, real project engagement, and practical mentorship—preparing candidates to manage client-facing projects with confidence in the Canadian job market.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Professionals without a formal Project Manager title but with experience in coordination, business analysis, operations, QA, or IT support
- New graduates, career transitioners, or returning professionals looking to establish a Project Management career
- Individuals interested in working with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models
- Strong communicators capable of managing stakeholders, timelines, scope, and risks
- Candidates with exposure to IT, software development, ERP, CRM, data, cloud, or infrastructure projects
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery within defined scope, schedule, and budget
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, testers, and business stakeholders
- Create and maintain project documentation such as project plans, schedules, RAID logs, status reports, and meeting notes
- Facilitate project ceremonies including kick-offs, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and milestones; proactively implement mitigation strategies
- Communicate project progress and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership
