Overview

Work Model: Office‑based with occasional travel

The Project Manager is responsible for leading the development of $20–50M heavy civil and mining capital projects through Stage 2 (FEL2) . This role oversees concept selection, early‑phase engineering, Gate readiness, contractor performance, and cross‑functional alignment to ensure projects are competitive, well‑defined, and positioned for success in later stages.

The successful candidate will assemble and lead an integrated project team, steward technical and business deliverables, and drive value through disciplined project development practices.
