Job Description
Plan and manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables; coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants.
Prepare and control budgets and cost estimates; monitor spend; approve invoices, variations, and procurement.
Manage contracts and stakeholders; negotiate and resolve contractual issues; maintain client communication.
Lead site teams; assign tasks; supervise contractors/subcontractors; conduct regular site inspections.
Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance; address site issues promptly.
Identify risks, implement mitigation plans, and handle delays, disputes, and emergencies.
Track performance and prepare progress reports for management and clients.
Other tasks as assigned by Management.
