Job Description

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a project manager implementing technology-based projects.
  • Ability to effectively manage project delivery and collaborate with various technology partners and agile teams. 
  • Experience in hybrid waterfall/agile environment. Working knowledge of JIRA is preferable.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project required.
  • Experience in contact center technology a benefit – call recording, routing, WFM, analytics, IVR, chat

  • Good time management skills; ability to set priorities, adapt to team needs and meet deadlines.
