Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Rochester; Kent
Salary: Circa £62,000 depending on experience
What you’ll be doing:
Oversee the definition, planning, leadership, and delivery of complex projects across their entire lifecycle, including campaigns, new business proposals, product design and development, production, contract bidding, and in-service support
Lead, inspire, and influence cross-functional teams within a matrix organisation to meet the success criteria for your projects
Implement robust monitoring and control measures to ensure projects meet schedule, budget, quality, and financial targets
Proactively manage risks and opportunities, collaborating with teams to identify and implement mitigation and enhancement strategies in a timely manner
Prepare and present clear, concise reports on project performance to team members, senior leadership, and clients
