Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager based in Chennai. The Project Manager will lead and manage architectural and construction projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities include planning and scheduling, overseeing project execution, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring all aspects of the project meet quality and timeline expectations. Additionally, the Project Manager will handle logistics, inspections, and facilitate smooth communication between teams to ensure the seamless delivery of projects.

Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Project Management and Expediting processes
- Experience in conducting Inspections and overseeing Expeditor tasks
- Proficiency in Logistics Management and coordination of resources
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Knowledge of project management tools and techniques
- Experience in managing teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders
