Job Description

An Architecture and Engineering firm is looking to add a Project Manager to their Chicago office!
Job Responsibilities:

+ Plan, manage, direct, and supervise architectural aspects of report, design, or construction projects

+ Execute complex and novel assignments requiring development and implementation of new and improved techniques and procedures and consults with Supervisors regarding unusual complexities and developments

+ Ensure accuracy and timeliness of finished plans, specifications or approval of materials and construction

+ Attend Owner / Architect / Contractor meetings throughout the duration of the project, including during construction

+ Manage multiple small to large project budgets, schedules, and programs; project communications and documentations; office administrative tasks; and project team assignments

+ Estimate fees, determine scope of work, and prepare proposals and contracts
