FUNCTION :
- Responsible for successful execution of all phases of the project life cycle for assigned projects. Coordinate and direct project teams and external customers through planning and execution of project within an established project management framework. KEY RESULT AREAS : Measured by how much documented value is brought to the organization through project delivery. Typical measurements include: Project leadership Net profit margin of project portfolio Adherence to baseline schedule and cost estimates Active risk management Customer satisfaction DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead project teams for successful execution, including providing direction and priority to the functional teams.
