Project Manager

The SPA Project Manager is the strategic and operational leader responsible for delivering SPA projects from initiation through closeout. Acting as the primary driver of project execution, the Project Manager ensures scope, schedule, cost, quality, commercial compliance, and stakeholder engagement are delivered in line with contractual obligations and FLS standards. This position demands a hands-on approach to project management, with direct involvement in planning, execution, resolving issues, and aligning stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: Develop project charters, execution strategies, and project management plans. Define, validate, and control scope, schedule, budget, and resources throughout the project lifecycle. Lead cross-functional teams spanning Engineering, Procurement, Sales, Logistics, Finance, Quality, and Services. Escalate design, cost, and schedule impacts to the Operations Team as required.
