Project Manager

**Job Purpose**:
Coordinate internal resources and suppliers for the impeccable execution of projects & ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and on budget.
**Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities**:
- Attends client and agency briefing sessions in order to obtain a clear understanding of the client requirements
- With support from the Account Director - Provide product/project consultancy in order to support technically the client and maximize the efficiency (cost and speed), where possible
- Adhere to client SLAs for delivery of quotes
- Adhere to client SLAs for delivery of jobs, otherwise agree alternative schedule in writing.
- Manage quality of job adhering to clients' corporate guidelines
- Proactively manage all communitarian with the client throughout and ensure the client is advised, in writing, of any delays that may impact the timelines of their projects
- All Quotes & Live Orders must be processed through on ERP system
