Job Description
In BEPC INC we have an open position for a PM with experience working in a _**Call Center preferable.**_
The project is to migrate from a Call Center to a new Resideo Avaya solution Call Center in North America and EMEA.
**Experience**:
- Voice/Telephony Experience
- PBX/Voice Gateways/ Phones/ Skill Groups
- Call Center Migration Experience
- Very organized
- Works well in ambiguous situations and drives teams to make decisions
- IT Infra Network/Server a plus
